It is the policy of VIP Business List, Inc., to issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- Your card was lost/stolen during the time we charged it, and you did not authorize the charge.
- You mistakenly ordered the wrong market, and our records show you have not downloaded any of its listings yet.
- You, an Associate, or An employee used the wrong card for the purchase, in which case, we will need to authorize a new card prior to refunding the old one.
There shall be no refunds for any other reason. Since we provide a product in a digital form, there can be no verification once downloaded that it was not shared or released in violation of our member agreements, therefore, any list you purchase and download is your responsibility once downloaded!
